Privacy & your roster

Your team stays on your device.

The lineup tool

The lineup optimizer processes your roster and game plan in your browser. Team names, player details, imported stats, rules, and saved game plans are stored in your browser’s local storage. The tool does not upload this roster information to our servers.

Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access saved team data. Use “Clear data” on the game setup page to remove the tool’s saved data from that browser. Clearing browser storage also removes it. No account is required.

Website operation and analytics

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes requests needed to serve this website. If Google Analytics is configured, the site sends page views and events such as lineup-tool visits, successful plan generation, resource print requests, PDF-link clicks, share-link copies, parent-template copies, and Etsy product-link clicks. Template-copy events identify the template, not its text or anything you paste into another application. Shopping events contain the collection, listing ID, and page path; they do not contain roster details or player statistics. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage.

Orders and messages

Purchases take place on our separate Etsy shops. Etsy processes your payment and order information. Printful helps produce and fulfill merchandise using the details needed for your order. Review the Etsy listing and each provider’s privacy information before purchasing. If you contact us by email or Etsy message, we receive the details you choose to send.
